Proposed subdivision at Lots 803 (No. 20) Ancestor Retreat and 900 (No. 567) Wanneroo Road, Woodvale
A subdivision application has been received by the Western Australian Planning Commission (WAPC) under Section 135 of the Planning and Development Act 2005.
Located at Lots 803 (No. 20) Ancestor Retreat and 900 (No. 567) Wanneroo Road, Woodvale, the application proposes to create:
- 70 residential lots at an R30 density;
- one public open space and drainage area of 3,580m2; and
- a local movement network.
The site is zoned Urban under the Metropolitan Region Scheme and Urban Development under the City of Wanneroo District Planning Scheme No. 2 (DPS2).
The application, made by Urban & Regional Planning Solutions (WA) on behalf of Strategic Property Group, is being advertised to obtain community feedback on the proposed subdivision until 7 October 2026. It will then be assessed as part of the determination process.
